ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES/ADMISSIONS

All necessary forms must be completed and returned to me before I will assume the responsibility of caring for your child. Please inform me immediately of any changes. Listed below you will find the list of forms that you need to return to Aunt Cretia Daycare before or on your child’s first day.

• $180.00  Bus Registration Fee

• Up to date Immunization Record   

• Parent Permission

• Child Assistance Certificate 

• $160.00 Registration for each child

• Child Schedule

• Orientation         

• Emergency Authorization              

• Payment for the first 2 weeks        

• Parent Handbook Sign

 

Aunt Cretia Daycare does not discriminate against children or parent’s admission regardless of race, color, creed, sex, or religion.  A child with special needs may be accepted based on the ability of the daycare and the teachers to meet those needs. We do take children on first come first serve basis, so it is important that your application is turned in as soon as possible.

 

AGES SERVED

The ages of the children I serve are 6 weeks- 12 years of age. I am occasionally available for after school or closed school days to care for older children.

 

Discounts For Daycare- There is a $50.00 co-pay added to all parents due by the 3rd of each month.  You can Apply to fulltime/children if you have more then 2 kids that attend Aunt Cretia Daycare (must be registered for 5 days a week) you can receive a discount card.  Must turn in with completed application at the time of registration.  For discount you must purchase 10 items on the supply list and must turn supplies in on the 3rd of each month or I will be expecting the $50.00 added to your fees each month.

 

Payment Plans: Registration fee are due at registration time.  No application for registration will be accepted until the fee is paid. 

 

MUST ATTEND ORIENTATION OR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCEPT THE CHILD. Payment plans are to be discussed with the provider. Please do not let fees add up always stay current.
